Okay here’s a start. room 27. it’s full of old vhs style videos, but these movies were never made to be played at a saturday afternoon cinema.
this was the first video that I played ! It was simply marked “troubled teenagers bedroom Wellington 1972” and its not even the most interesting or bizarre. there are hundreds of these tapes. i’ve not even got 1/3 of the way through.
this another from the same box. marked lake Taupo June 1979. it looks like a ghost woman standing on (presumably) Lake Taupo, then blowing up into thin air as lightning reigns down. I think the tourist board in Lake Taupo must have missed this one !
